Kellie Jenks

Kellie Jenks is a real estate finance executive with more than 20 years of experience spanning capital markets, portfolio management, and institutional investment banking. As Managing Director of Financial Advisory and Operations at Eaton Hudson, she brings cash flow modeling, capital markets strategy, and fiduciary governance experience to the firm's advisory and disposition engagements.

Kellie began her career at Goldman Sachs in the Real Estate Principal Investment Area, managing partnerships with operating partners including the Highgate Capital portfolio of branded and unbranded hotels, and valuing the portfolio semiannually using discounted cash flow, EBITDA multiple, and comparable methodologies. She then joined The Lionstone Group as Investment Manager for Cash Flow Office Fund II, a core/core-plus office fund capitalized with $200 million in equity from CalSTRS, where she managed a 1.5 million square foot portfolio across eleven investments in eight markets and built a portfolio roll-up model used to forecast cash flow needs and investor distributions.

Since 2011, Kellie has served as President of TRC Capital Partners (formerly The Redstone Companies), leading strategy and operations for the private real estate investment and development firm and directing the development or redevelopment of more than two million gross square feet of commercial mixed-use and hospitality projects. She led a comprehensive internal restructuring of the firm's governance, technology platforms, and accounting operations, and executed a capital markets strategy that secured a corporate line of credit and locked in project financing at favorable rates.

Kellie has served on the board of Buffalo Bayou Partnership since 2015, holding two of the organization's three senior officer positions, Treasurer and Secretary, at a nonprofit whose balance sheet has grown past $120 million and whose annual operating budget exceeds $10 million. As Finance Committee Chair she has approved budgets covering more than $72 million in capital projects, and as an inaugural member of the nonprofit's Investment Committee she co-authored its Investment Policy Statement and led manager selection for its endowment. Kellie holds an M.B.A. from Columbia University and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University.
