In 1999, he founded Miresco Rugs Co., transforming it from a nascent brand into one of the nation's preeminent manufacturers and distributors in the home furnishings sector.

Today, Amir's strategic focus lies in the oversight of RMP Partners, the holding company he launched in 2010.
